The good ones were those who listened to you and provided advice and guidance without necessarily judging you or your abilities. They recognised the potential in you and helped you unlock it.
Not only at school, but also in life. Think of your parents, family, work colleagues or people in life who you respected because they had the perception and understanding and believed in your abilities, at the same time were honest and constructive in their supporting feedback.
My approach in turn is empowering, enlightening, motivational and encouraging. This in turn creates trust, rapport and confidence that allow talented people to open their minds and focus on what they truly want in their work and life.

My Purpose
Commitment and connection with younger people and understanding the journey they are going through based on my own experience. I really care about their success they feel and that coaching makes a big difference.
My Approach
My coaching programme is based on my 4C’s approach which consists of the following:
· What is their current role and how motivated are they?
· What positive contribution are they making to their work/life and health balance?
· How well do they work with other team members?
· What is their level of confidence both in work and life?
The 4C’s are supported by Occupational Assessment (OPQ)
By creating a unique programme that will support their growth, needs and development I add value by supporting them in their overall development.
